Tania is here from Mid Canterbury Hockey. She will be taking us for 4 weeks. Today was our first session and we revised skills she covered with us last year. Big ups to Robert who despite his nasty leg injury was able to help Tania and still participate.
Swimming For Fitness
We are swimming for fitness this term. We have 8 minutes to do as many lengths of the pool as we can. Our goal is 16 lengths or better. When we complete our lengths we can do it however we like - run, dolphin dive or swim. Our buddies are tallying our lengths as we complete them. We are graphing our progress over time.
